Who we are

Zasya Media is a creative production company operating as a division of Zasya Solutions, registered at 1st Floor Hall No. 102, STPI Building, SDA Complex, Kasumpti, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh 171009, India.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to reply to you and to run a project. That is:

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, company or brand name, website or channel URL, the services you are interested in, your timeline, your expected monthly volume, and anything you write in the message field of our contact form.
• Newsletter subscriptions. Your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
• Project material. Footage, recordings, brand assets, guidelines and any other files you send us so we can produce work for you. This may incidentally contain personal data belonging to you or to third parties.
• Technical information. Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring page — generated automatically when any website is visited.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or production plan.
• To deliver, review and support work you have commissioned.
• To send you our newsletter, where you have asked for it.
• To keep records required for accounting, tax and contractual purposes.
• To keep the site secure and diagnose technical problems.

Our lawful bases are your consent (for the newsletter), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one (for enquiries and project work), our legitimate interest in operating and securing our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate — email, file transfer and storage, project management and analytics tools — under agreements that limit them to processing on our instructions.
• Zasya Solutions, our parent company, where shared operational, financial or capacity support requires it.
• Professional advisers and authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

Some of these providers operate outside India. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on the provider’s contractual safeguards for that transfer.

Confidentiality of your material

Project material you send us is treated as confidential. We do not publish, share or use client work as a portfolio piece without your written permission, and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request. Work produced under a white-label arrangement is never presented as ours.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client records and contracts: for the duration of the relationship and then as long as tax and limitation periods require.
• Project files and source material: for 12 months after final delivery unless we have agreed a longer archive with you.
• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and you can withdraw consent to marketing at any time — every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link.

Write to hello@zasyamedia.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies necessary to serve pages and to remember your preferences. If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy before doing so.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transfer and reputable hosting to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal data and presents a risk to you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be notified to clients directly.
